Inspired by the simple yet sophisticated Japanese food culture, with its reputed health benefits, we strive to bring you fresh, quality and reasonably priced meals every day.

In Japan, the lotus flower is revered for its ability to ascend from murky waters and by absorbing the best nutrients, blossom above the surface as a heavenly flower. Taking this as inspiration we believe good and nutritious food can enable each and every one of us to make every day bloom into a beautiful day

Fresh Everyday

We lovingly prepare all our hand-crafted sushi and hot food on site every morning. We believe cooking on a small scale allows us to ensure the best quality and freshness, unlike most high-street sushi which is made on an industrial scale and delivered across the country.

Authentic

To provide our customers with an authentic taste of Japan, many of our key ingredients are sourced from Japan and the Far East. We have a great team of people who love what they make and are never satisfied with second rate.

Nutritious

We work to maintain a quality, balanced and nutritional menu. All of our fresh ingredients; seafood, vegetables and meat are sourced from respected local suppliers.
